Corporate Coaching
An external

great "coaches," but an independent Coach can usually achieve
greater results because of their neutral perspective and specialized
training.

This
service offers you an objective outside partner to

Performance and Management Coaching
Middle

Assessments
We offer
a comprehensive 2.5-hour battery of tests assesses natural
aptitudes and abilities and personality as well as 360-degree
instruments to capture the perceptions of a manager by their
peers, boss and employees. We utilize the Benchmark 360 assessment
tool developed by the Center for Creative Leadership to assess
leadership skills and enhance the development process. This
is one of the most comprehensive tools available. It measures
strengths and development needs, encourages and guides change
and offers strategic insights for middle- to upper-level managers
and executives.
These
assessments are generally used in conjunction with coaching
services on an as needed basis. The need for these instruments
is usually determined on an individual basis after the introductory
meeting with the client and their manager.
Group Coaching
Our
programs can be custom tailored to on-going coaching services
for a group or team. Let us know your needs and we will customize
a program for your group.
Methodology
If hired by the company, I
will conduct upfront meetings with the coaching client and
their manager to better understand the situation and formulate
a plan of action. Assessments will be used where appropriate.
After this time, the coaching schedule is determined. The
coaching
sessions are normally 2 hours of coaching per month by telephone.
The exact schedule will be worked out with the individual
coaching client. The coach is also available by email and
short phone conversations in between sessions as needed. Other
options include shadowing and joint coaching sessions with
manager and team or supervisor and coaching client.
This
ongoing relationship allows the coaching client to work through
challenges and difficult situations as they come up rather
than just have a written plan to follow. Results are far more
effective than standardized training or business plans which
do not assist in breaking old patterns and making changes
in real time/real world scenarios.
Confidentiality
All
information discussed between the coach and the client is
held confidential and will not be discussed with her sponsor/boss
or anyone else in the organization without permission.
Review
sessions are an opportunity for the boss to inform the coach
of what changes they see in the client and make suggestions
if any for future development. They are not an opportunity
for the coach to feed back information to the boss/sponsor.
Communication between coaching client and her direct supervisor
is always encouraged and/or can be facilitated in joint sessions.

Train Your Managers to be Internal Corporate Coaches
In this
five-phase workshop, managers and executives will experience
the benefit of coaching and learn how to be an effective internal
coach. Includes 2 one-day workshops focusing on basic and
advanced coaching skills plus 6 coaching sessions to give
them the experience of being coaching and to ingrain learning
from the workshops. Optional written examination to earn their
RICC designation. (Registered Internal Corporate Coach).
