All severe and chronic physical issues, take more than one session to heal and some physical symptoms act as thermostats to let you know what is bothering you at the time, until you clear all that is underneath it such that it no longer bothers you anymore.

Some physical ailments related to muscular issues also require physical stretching and exercise and I can suggest regimens or refer you to someone who can work with you hands on.

Regardless, the information you will receive in this session is powerful and healing in and of itself.

I thought I was getting a sinus infection the day prior to and the day of the session. I had a lot of pressure in my sinus cavities, headaches in the front of my head (just over my eyes), and ear aches like I usually get just before it turns into an infection. I had not taken any medicine all day (I typically try not to take meds unless I have no other choice to get through something temporarily), and the pressure was just really getting to the point I was going to visit my after-hours doctor at the urgent care clinic.
